1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "maryph", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the maryph platform accessible at maryph.app and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the maryph website, mobile interface, applications, and any related gaming services.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the maryph Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by and for a User on the Platform.
• "Gaming Services" means all online games, casino products, sports betting, bingo, sabong, wheel, and related entertainment services offered through maryph.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held in your maryph account denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or incentive offered by maryph subject to applicable Bonus Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the maryph Platform, creating an account, or using any Gaming Service, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the maryph Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, any Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and maryph.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the maryph Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of maryph Gaming Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as governed by applicable laws and PAGCOR regulations. maryph strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, bots, automated systems, and artificial persons may not hold accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use of maryph is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a person excluded from gambling by court order, self-exclusion agreement, or applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of maryph or any affiliated company.

maryph reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances voided, and the matter referred to applicable authorities where required by law.

4. Account Registration

To use maryph Gaming Services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the maryph Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If maryph discovers that a User holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended, any balances may be voided, and any winnings obtained may be forfeited at maryph's sole discretion.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. maryph is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4.3 KYC Verification

maryph may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) procedures in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws. You may be required to provide a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your maryph login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify maryph immediately upon discovering any unauthorized access to your account.

maryph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. All transactions completed using valid login credentials are presumed to be authorized by the account holder unless maryph has received prior written notice of unauthorized access.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your maryph Wallet must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. maryph does not accept cash payments or deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from sources legally belonging to the account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Standard withdrawal processing times are two (2) to four (4) hours on business days. maryph reserves the right to conduct additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of funds obtained through fraudulent, erroneous, or otherwise irregular means may be refused.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on the maryph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

maryph may from time to time offer Bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives. All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic wagering strategies, arbitrage, or collusion.
• All Bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• maryph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus at any time if it determines that the Bonus is being misused or exploited.
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• maryph's determination of whether wagering requirements have been met is final and binding.

8. Gaming Rules

All Gaming Services on the maryph Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game. General gaming rules applicable to all services include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. No cancellations after placement.
• maryph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live gaming products, audited by independent testing laboratories.
• Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. The dealer's decisions are final subject to applicable game rules.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, all affected bets shall be voided and stakes returned to the player's Wallet.
• maryph reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious pricing error, technical glitch, or software malfunction.
• Sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from the relevant governing body. maryph follows standard industry settlement rules for abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled events.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maryph Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or Platform staff.
• Fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform to facilitate illegal activity.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits without prior written authorization from maryph.
• Use of exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.
• Any conduct that maryph reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of fair play.

10. Responsible Gaming

maryph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We operate strictly in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements and enforce the 21+ age restriction without exception. The following tools are available to all registered maryph users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceilings on your account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the maryph Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, design elements, and data — is the exclusive property of maryph or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any maryph content without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of maryph's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, maryph's total cumulative liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your maryph Wallet in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

maryph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or interruption of gaming services arising from:

• Temporary unavailability or technical malfunction of the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure credentials.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures.

maryph makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the continuous availability of the Platform or that the Platform will be free from errors, defects, or interruptions at all times.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

maryph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where:

• There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• Required by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or court order.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting maryph support. Any legitimate balance remaining after settlement of pending bets and bonus wagering requirements will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with maryph support shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

maryph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Users who believe their dispute has not been adequately addressed by maryph may refer the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

15. Amendments to Terms

maryph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform. The continued use of the maryph Platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
